My account has been disabled. I also wrote a very nice appeal. I also added the supplier agreement. However, it was still not accepted.
Appeal -
"Dear Amazon Team,
I am ----- and the owner of [------]. I am writing to appeal the suspension of our store due to a violation of your drop shipping policy.
Cause of the Issue:
The cause of this violation was due to agreements we had made with our suppliers that did not follow Amazon's drop shipping policy. Specifically, we allowed our suppliers to directly ship products from their warehouses to our customers, which is not in compliance with Amazon's policy. We regret that this oversight occurred and take full responsibility for it.
Immediate Corrective Measures:
Upon realizing the violation, we took immediate action to rectify it. We have removed all listings from our inventory. We put all our stores in holiday mode.We reviewed all of our agreements with our suppliers and made the necessary changes, including removing the provision for direct shipping from their warehouses. We also conducted an inventory check and ensured that all products in our possession were stored in our own warehouse before shipping them to customers.
Preventing Future Issues:
To prevent future issues, we have implemented several procedures to ensure compliance with Amazon's drop shipping policy.
To prevent future issues, we have implemented the following procedures:
1. Before making any agreements with suppliers, we will conduct the necessary research to confirm that they comply with Amazon's drop shipping policy.
2. We will regularly review our agreements with suppliers and take necessary steps to ensure compliance with Amazon's policy.
3. We will only store our products in our own warehouse and only ship from that warehouse to our customers.
4. Before each customer order, we will conduct the necessary checks to ensure that products are not directly shipped from our suppliers' warehouses.
5. We will continuously monitor Amazon's drop shipping policy and its updates and take necessary steps to comply with it.
6. If we detect that our suppliers do not comply with the policy or violate it, we will communicate with them and take necessary steps to rectify the violation.
7. We will provide training to our store's employees to ensure compliance with Amazon's drop shipping policy.
8. We will regularly check our agreements with suppliers to ensure that they comply with the policy.
9. We will have a system in place to track and document all the steps that we have taken to comply with the Amazon's drop shipping policy.
10. We will conduct regular audits to ensure continued compliance with the policy
11. We are making the necessary preparations for the transition to FBM and now we are working on sending our products to the amazon warehouse.
I will send you the text of the agreement we made with a supplier.
I'll also post a screenshot showing we've removed all our inventory.
We understand the importance of adhering to Amazon's policies and apologize for any inconvenience this violation may have caused. We are committed to ensuring compliance in the future and kindly request that you lift the suspension of our store.

This is not against policy.
The rest of the poa is very templated and appears to be generic/paid for
Edit.
You had 600 orders 16 days ago and were under a velocity review according to your post on the Canadian forum.

If you had a legitimate wholesale supplier shipping directly to customers it is within Amazon policy if the rest of the policy is followed. How did this supplier violate Amazon policy?
Upon being caught and suspended?
Your preventive measures make no sense. Why would you need to verify your suppliers are following dropshipping policy if you will only store products in your own warehouse and only ship from that warehouse?
Redundant and makes no sense. You already stated you’ll store and ship yourself
Policy is clearly stated. Doubtful there will be updates but nice statement
Again, redundant and no sense
If storing and shipping yourself you won’t be dropshipping so what’s the point of this? If you continue dropshipping your employees will have no control over anything so pointless statement
You’re most likely done on Amazon as dropshipping is almost impossible to get reinstated but if for some reason you are here is the dropshipping policy
