Hello,
We are sending 1 Single SKU Pallet ( Boxes: 30 Units: 30) each unit is individually boxed and strap tied, we don’t want Amazon warehouse to open these boxes as there is no other box inside it and it is just the actual product!
We are a bit confused with SKU labels and box labels. We understand we need one SKU label on each box however Amazon is also asking us to put one Box Label on each box!
Box labels have ship from and ship to information, as noted earlier we don’t want Amazon warehouse to open these boxes.
We appreciate your help on this.
Hi @Seller_HWMMpfA7lubQn If you have the barcode or FNSKU label on the box then it shouldn't be opened.
Hello @Seller_HWMMpfA7lubQn!
Every box on a pallet must have a unique FBA Box ID label. You'll provide box content information which will let the Fulfillment Center know the unit quantity of each SKU per box as well as expiration dates (if applicable), and the box weight and dimensions.
For single SKU pallets you will also attach a label stating so. Take some time to review Seller requirements for LTL, FTL, and FCL deliveries.
We have the same question but still not clear. We are selling 12-packs of soda and the boxes on a pallet are 1-sku and ready to ship with 196 boxed cases.
We've ordered tons of sample 12-packs of soda and NONE of them have a FBA label.
The pallets are configured and shrink wrapped. We were told we have to use FNSKU (since it is a consumable product) on the box so we are replacing our brand UPC with FNSKU. So that is fine.
But do we really have to disassemble the pallet and add FBA label to each and every box on the pallet?
Could the pallet just be considered 1 masterbox with 196 units? Then we just need the pallet labels and 1 FBA label on the pallet.
