I've provided everything - personal identification, ABN number , GS1 membership certificate, Trademarking confirmation, Documents from my white label company (that arranged the manufacturing), Signed declaration saying I'm the brand owner and I take full responsibility.
And yet Amazon support are telling me "Upon checking, we are unable to identify that you are the brand owner for VEGA"
Please help! I don't know what else to provide to prove that I'm the owner of my own brand!!
If this is the exact message you are receiving from Amazon, it appears that you are trying to prove you are the brand owner for a brand called "VEGA" in the eyes of Amazon.
This is a brand that sells protein.
Amazon messages are misleading. The message templates that Amazon Support uses are personal...making it appear that logic is being applied.
This is why it seems like Amazon is telling you they do not believe you are the owner of your own brand.
What they should tell you is that your brand, Vega Skincare, has a problem with being registered on the Amazon catalog.
I imagine you do not have a trademark for this brand so you are doing this with just a brand name use approval. I would suggest troubleshooting your issue by making sure that Seller Support is verifying ownership of Vega Skincare and not VEGA by itself.
Hey there @Seller_ai4g2wRjip6Dh- I'd be happy to help take a look at this brand with you to see how I can best assist. Can you help share any case IDs you have open with our support team on the topic?
