I created a shipment a few weeks ago and I chose a wrong date by mistake for the delivery window and since the start day of that window is passed, I can not edit it. What can I do? Will there be a charge for this?

Christine here from Amazon Forums.
Since the window has already started, you will be unable to update.
If your shipments fall outside the delivery window, accounting for variability in lead times, Amazon will notify you for each problem occurrence via email, on the Problems Tab of the Shipment Summary page, and on the Shipment Performance Dashboard.
