Hello Sellers and Amazon,

I am a new seller creating the first item our brand will sell on Amazon. I had success creating the listing for our ASIN: B0DMPH9GH6 and things all seemed fine for some time.

However, I am now met with a "Requires Approval" message...

And when I try to get approved, I get a message saying, "We are not accepting applications to sell"

Amazon seller support has not been helpful and simply says that they are not accepting applications to sell.

This is for my own product, and my account is fully healthy.

Why can't I even apply to sell my own product?

Dear Amazon Seller Support and Fellow Sellers,

I'm seeking urgent assistance with ASIN B0CFFDSCLL, which was deactivated in the CA marketplace several days ago.

Problem:

• The listing is restricted due to a message stating, "We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Pet Supplies category in Refurbished condition(s) Other Pet Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)."
• We are the brand owner, only sell new items, and have sold this ASIN for years without issue. Our account health is excellent.
• Seller Support suggested the issue is related to the "gl_product_group_type" attribute.
• They advised uploading an inventory flat file to correct this, but the upload fails with the error "This product has other listing limitations."
• This creates a frustrating loop where the restriction prevents the fix, and the support-suggested fix is blocked by the restriction.

Request:

• I need a way to lift the initial restriction so I can upload the flat file and correct the attribute. The products are at risk of removal within two months.

Hey guys, I am trying to sell my own branded product on Amazon. I created the listing, and it was fine for over a month. But when I try to edit the listing or send inventory, I get the following message:

"You need approval to list this ASIN."

And when I click "Request Approval," I get the following:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used condition(s)

Other product(s)"

I have contacted seller support several times and they always give a different answer. The most coherent one was that I am gated from selling my own brand because I am not brand registered.

This product is new conditions, on a category that doesn't require approval (according to amazon), my account is brand new and in healthy conditions, and I am the brand owner just not brand registered.

Am I gated from the category or from my Brand because I am not brand-registered?

Can anyone help here?
