Help: Expiration-dated FBA inventory is not eligible for sending to Amazon using a manufacturer barcode

New seller here. I have been stuck in a loop and can't ship out my inventory to Amazon FBA because it says "Expiration-dated FBA inventory is not eligible for sending to Amazon using a manufacturer barcode." The funny thing here is that our product is 100% ours, non-food item, non-consumable/pharmaceutical and it is a non beauty product. They are aluminum-lined BPA-free lined stand up pouches and it does not make sense that they will be dated for expiration when they won't.

We have two pallets to send to Amazon and they have all been fully prepped with our (label) and UPC.

OK, just stick FNSKU over the UPC, problem solved. And you have to change your FBA settings BEFORE creating a new shipping plan.

Somewhere in your listing YOU did put that it's a product with expiration date. YOU have to fix that.

P.S. TWO pallets? But you know that you will pay storage fees?

Hello @Seller_Qsc3vbyTRSJQE

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

I was checking, and I do see that on the case ID 16561037621 the team in charge was able to provide you with a response.

Hope you all have a great day!

Christine.
