Pesticide Appeal - Amazon Not Following EPA Guidelines
I have a product that is a Koi Pond Cleaning Product, where the entire product is "beneficial bacteria." There are no claims or inferences that the product removes, destroys, or eliminates algae, bacteria, pests, etc.
The EPA specifically considers this product a non-pesticide, and I have ensured that any claims on the listing are non-pesticide claims. I have provided Seller Support detailed evidence through the EPA website link titled "Determining If a Cleaning Product Is a Pesticide Under FIFRA", which confirms that none of the claims in the listing or packaging are pesticide claims. You can google the EPA website with the title to confirm for yourself.
So, Amazon is objectively wrong about the classification, according to the EPA. However, I am stuck because Amazon will not review or follow the EPA regulations, and every case I open with Seller Central is just a copy and paste "Appeal Rejection" response, saying that the product needs to be EPA registered.

CASE ID 17419991061. Batch ID 789629020182.
Please escalate this to a team in the USA that will actually review the EPA guidelines and reinstate the listing.
