I had a shipment accepted at an FBA warehouse and Amazon says none of the items were in the box. I am also unable to create a case within the shipment page and/or provide proof of ownership of the products. Seller support says that they checked it SOOOO thoroughly that they are confident that I shipped an empty 7 pound box that I cannot dispute their claim for the shipment.

Bryce, are you able to escalate this again internally? It was of great help in the past at locating and reimbursing unfound items in my last "missing" shipment.
