Read onlyHello,
RFD2 shipment shows a refused parcel.
Shipment: FBA182QMJGVF
Case: 15422784901
We are shipping from Germany by DHL->USPS and had never problems. 1 parcel costs round about 180USD for shipping.
Now the parcel is on the way back to Germany!
We did nothing wrong by creating the shipment and USPS was shown in the carrier list.
So our shipment was approved and confirmed.
Amazon: please help
Thanks

Hi @Seller_eQ2RwJdZygaTa,

I wanted to let you know that I have escalated case # 15422784901 internally for further review. Someone from that escalation team may reach out to you, so please keep an eye on your case log for any potential correspondences.

Hello,
We ship from Italy and have had 3 packages refused by RFD2, they were returned to us without any reason. Now the same thing is happening with our shipments to BNA6. Can @Jameson_Amazon please look into this problem happening with our current BNA6 shipments? I would hate to see the same thing happen again.
BNA6 Shipments (in progress):
FBA184WNXR37
FBA184WRJ5WZ
FBA184NMS1T9
FBA1842S4SP3
FBA184MWS6L4
FBA184MQK52R
RFD2 Shipments (already returned to us):
FBA17WPZKD7M
FBA17TTXJVNF
FBA17WPLSZHX
I’m so sorry they did that to you. :( Did you ever get any answers? They just returned one of mine also, much cheaper to ship from Indiana though.
Grüß dich! @Seller_eQ2RwJdZygaTa
We also ship from Germany and had 2 Packages refused by RFD2.
I've read from another seller, that RFD2 ( sometimes ) does not accept Parcels from USPS.
And as you know DHL hands our Packages over to USPS once they arrive in the US.
We've since sent Packages to RFD2 via DHL Express ( komplett anderer Dienstleister als DHL ) and they accepted them. So that may be an option for you. DHL Express is way more expensive though.
I have no Idea why Amazon still asks us to send to RFD2 when selecting USPS as a carrier when RFD2 Staff is told to refuse Parcels from USPS. This has been going on for months and no one seems to able to fix this issues.
I've since been dodging RFD2 when sending via DHL by paying the Placement Fees in order to avoid the hassle of having them refuse my Parcels. We're up to a couple thousand dollars down the drain just because of a software issue which would take 5 minutes to fix. That's Business I guess!
