I'm facing an urgent issue and hoping someone here might have advice or has encountered something similar. My Amazon.in seller account has started switching to Vacation Mode automatically, and despite my efforts to turn it off, the account remains inactive. With the festive season in full swing, this has heavily impacted my business, as my listings are not visible to customers during this crucial time.
I’ve reached out to Amazon Seller Support, but as of now, I’m still waiting for a resolution. If anyone has had this issue before or has suggestions for getting it resolved faster, I would be very grateful. Any insights or guidance on this would be a huge help.

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing issue of my account being stuck in vacation mode. It has been over 24 hours since I first reported this, and despite following all instructions and having full administrative access, my listings remain inactive and not buyable.
This prolonged disruption is severely affecting my business, causing significant financial loss, and negatively impacting my mental health. As the owner and full administrator of my brand’s account, I have ensured that all settings and permissions are in place. This issue appears to be due to an error on Amazon’s side, not mine.
I am formally requesting that this issue be escalated immediately. I need urgent support to restore my account and activate my listings as soon as possible. Please prioritize this request, as continued delays are causing irreversible damage to my business.
