Wrong Brand Linked in "Manage Your Brands" in SS.
Hi all,
We’re brand registered with active trademarks in both the UK and US.
But under "Manage Your Brands", under our SS account Amazon has linked us to a completely different company that just happens to have the same name. It’s a US-based brand in a different trademark class and not connected to us at all.
Because of this, we can’t update our own product titles in the US, and Brand Registry support hasn’t been able to fix it or even fully understand the issue. I believe this issue has always been like it for 5+years selling, but its only starting to affect us as we launch on Amazon.com things are just not working like stores, if we click on your brand name in our listing, we are directed to someone else's branded store.
We’ve tried everything and are now posting here as a last resort.

I just reviewed your cases and have some thoughts!
First off, although your accounts are technically linked, Brand Registry is seeing them as separate entities due to the country differences. Second, I'm assuming that your EU account has been around for longer? If so, then the US account won't beat the EU contribution right now because both accounts are Brand Reps within Brand Registry.
You basically have 2 options here:
- Make these changes from your EU account
- Change the selling role of the EU account to Reseller so that your US account will have a higher role in Brand Registry. See our Selling Roles Help Page
