My original delivery window was from August 12 to 25, but due to a delay in the shipment, it is now expected to arrive on October 5. Unfortunately, I am unable to edit the delivery window since the scheduled time has already passed. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation, and how did you resolve it?

How you have seen, the originally input delivery window has passed and you can no longer change it. If this happens just 2,3 times nothing bad will happen to you. Just check better the next time and modify it before.

Please note that you can edit your delivery window in the Tracking details step up until the start of the window. Once your window starts, you won't be able to make any changes. If your shipment arrives later than the delivery window, you'll receive a notification in the Shipping Queue and Shipment Performance Dashboard so you can work with your carrier to provide more accurate estimates for future shipments.
