Read onlyI'm trying to open a case to file a claim for 4 fraudulent FBA returns. Five items were shipped back to me in the same box. 4 out of the 5 are items that the customers replaced a cheap incorrect replacement that they put in the same polybag that the original came in. This doesn't happen often, and because these all came from the same warehouse at the same time, I am inclined to think it's the same customer who fraudulently returned these items. It's clearly not a warehouse mistake becuase the polybag has the original fnsku on it, so the customer purposefully replaced a cheap replacement in the polybag.
How do I file a claim or open a case with Amazon? I can't get past square one when I go to Help because Amazon won't let me move forward until I provide an order ID number(s). Because this was FBA, I don't have the order ID numbers, only the LPN numbers on each of the items.
