I have noticed that many of my SPD shipments sent from our warehouse to the fulfillment center (SCK8) had been delivered, but after a few weeks the shipments changed to "Closed" status with 0 units received. Over 15 shipments with thousands of dollars at risk have this issue.
I asked Seller Support to request an investigation of that FC, but they were no help and suggested that I go through the reconcile process, which just takes a huge amount of time. Could someone help with this?
