Barrage of "Authenticity Claims"

by Seller_7JI4dvWYDwNpC

Getting hit with several "Authenticity Claims" that are completely false with no proof. I have supplied several invoices, manifests, contact information and the like to verify all of my purchases but continue to get auto-responses saying "information not valid" but doesn't state why or what to submit. I purchase directly from Big Box Wholesalers. Anyone experience this? I've tried calling support but falling flat and getting the same generic responses.

Because you are not buying from valid suppliers. Big box wholesalers are not valid suppliers approved by the brands you are selling as a 3rd party seller. They do not have the authorization for you to list on Amazon.

It's either Big Box Stores (open to the public) OR wholesalers (B2B only). Can't have both. Retail arbitrage is no longer tolerated on Amazon

These people can not give your brand approval for amazon sales. Only the brand owners can supply you with a letter of authorization that specifies you are allowed to sell on amazon.
