Hello!
I have been attempting to list a sku on my account for some time, and cannot seem to get past this error.
Error from Amazon: An Amazon error was received while sending product data for the SKU: You may not change the brand name on this ASIN. Please use the brand name currently shown on the ASIN detail page. If you believe you are using the correct brand name, contact Seller support https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/contact-us and mention the error code 5995 <br><br> If you are unable to resolve this error, please contact Amazon Seller Support for proper resolution and provide this feed ID: 714398020175.
However, you can see in the Amazon backend that I am sending through the correct brand name and manufacturer, and I am NOT trying to change the brand name at all.
I have contacted support several times with this issue and have not got anywhere, even when requesting the catalog team as I have been instructed to do that in the past when it comes to this particular error.
I have created several cases for this, the most recent one being Case # 17396551641.
Does anybody have any information on how to move past this error? Again, I am not trying to change ANYTHING to get this sku listed, it all matches the ASIN detail page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
