Label printing for UPS Surepost
Everything had been going swimmingly, then printing labels (2-up per 8.5 x 11 sheet) in PDF format for UPS Surepost became a unavailable. While all USPS services and all other UPS services offer quick, easy, reliable printing of 2-up labels in PDF format, UPS Surepost seems to only offer labels in 4"x6" PNG format and a torturous manual process to get them to print properly on my labels. Amazon "support" says its up to the shippers, not them, what label formats are offered. Somehow, that is not edifying and typically inscrutable. Hopefully, I am missing something simple that you know the answer to. Whada ya say?

I have used USPS/UPS SUREPOST twice & both have been "lost" / never received by the USPS facility where they are to be dropped off.
$200 worth of books & they are floating around somewhere & I have 2 disappointed customers! What is the problem with this service?
