Read onlyThe order has been delivered to the customer with Order ID 111-0285240-2809077. The customer has filed an A to Z claim against me and a return request showing that the item was not returned to me. This is the return tracking ID generated by Amazon, and Amazon refunded the item on my behalf. The item value is 117 USD. Please reverse the refund or ask the customer to return the item because if the customer is given this benefit without returning the item, they will repeatedly do this. Tracking ID for the item: 1ZF2C2469015050087 (item not returned).

After reviewing your case, I suggest you reach out to the carrier (UPS). The status on the tracking number you shared says: "Drop-Off" & "On the Way" suggesting that the carrier received the shipment from your buyer. It could be that UPS lost your package.
Feel free to post here after you engage with the carrier. I know that information is crucial in case we need to escalate your A to Z Claim with our internal team.
