Hi Michelle,
I’m running into several issues with this. I previously completed two certifications with ISO-certified labs, but those labs are not included in Amazon’s approved list.
When I reach out to the labs provided by Amazon, they mention they don’t offer validation of existing tests. This means I would need to redo everything, which is both costly and time-consuming, and likely exceeds the timeframe given to upload new certificates.
Do you have any labs that can handle this process of certifying a current report and are familiar with Amazon’s requirements? If so, could you please share them?
