Inactive listing/blocked
We have just uploaded 6 new items to amazon for the first time. Two went active very quickly, but 4 have been marked as Inactive with the following info:
"Pending Compliance checks: This listing is being reviewed for potential compliance requirements and is suppressed until this process is complete."
They nearly identical products to the two that were activated wihtout issue. How long does this compliance review last? Is there anything we can do?
We are a trademarked brand, and our products are sold in stores nationwide. Therefore, we are unsure what caused this issue.
Any help or information regarding this process or issue would be appreciated. These are the first products our company has listed on Amazon.

It sounds like the 2 that were accepted were listen under a Current Amazon page. You just added your listing to the page.
Now if all of the lot were manufactured by you, they must meet all of Amazon's criterion to be sold on the site. Just because the products are sold in retail stores and meet all standards to be sold in the USA, it means nothing to Amazon, The Gatekeeper.
Amazon may ask for your COC's and lab testing results to sell the product.
