I don't get any help on forums, email, phone... It's frustrating.
In English, they have such a strong accent that you can't understand what they're saying, and in Spanish, they pass you from one department to another, ending up with five case numbers for the same problem and no solution.

Hi @Indy_Amazon,
I hope you are doing well.
Just wanted to say thank you — I really appreciate the support and resources available here. I did get the help I needed from the forums, and overall, it’s been a very good experience. The community and the responses are truly helpful!
Keep up the great work! 👍

I honestly feel like Amazon seller central needs major improvements. The reason why is because it’s pretty redundant that a multi billion dollar company only has AI bots reviewing forums.. It makes things much easier to hire a actual human being to look over forums.. Amazon makes the trial a lot harder to become a fulfilled seller on Amazon. The starting point is overall seem like it is not designed for new sellers to become fulfilled Amazon sellers. It makes things quite unnecessarily difficult..

My issue was not resolved. Still waiting for a reply. Sellers should have more support.

The forum is a zillion times better than "seller support".
I say terminate the support team, use the forum, and it would be helpful if Amazon created a moderated support wiki for how-to's and seller provided info on addressing issue.
There should also be a forum category "Broken" where something has gone awry and needs fixed.
The "search" capabilities could be much better. Too often they depend on strict exact matching a phrase to find something.
Since I know this thread is being read I want to address "seller support" some more. For all the good that Amazon does, and there is a lot, it can be more than outweighed by the atrocity called "seller support" and management intentionally inflicting this pain on sellers.
Moderators on the forum are able to actually get issues sent to the right teams to be addressed and fixed. "Support" commonly does nothing except press buttons with pre-templated responses as fast as it can to close cases, regardless of whether the response is relevant or not, without reading or understanding the issue. For the most part, it's a waste of time dealing with support which makes what is happening on the forum so much better.

Today, marks 1 month since many, many sellers received a mystery "Other" transaction. While I think the moderators have in good faith attempted to elevate and escalate the many Seller Support Cases related to the "Other" transaction issue, we have not seen or received a resolution. If there were an answer, I would expect it to be reported via the Forums.

There is no follow-through on issues.
Almost every post where I have actually received a response from a mod, then I reply to the mod, I never hear from the mod again.

The forums are just like seller support, you all pretend to listen,
but then nothing actually ever changes for the good of the sellers.
Amazon continues to change things that make it worse for sellers,
when its obvious not one seller likes a change, the forum mods pretend to
send something to Amazon about that, but the changes still go through that
are bad for sellers.
Holding sellers money for 30 to 45 days after delivery is by far the worst change
Ive seen in the last 18 years, no other place does that, Amazon is holding our money and gaining interest from it, then trying to loan our money back out to us.
Constant delisting of out of production toys is a terrible change, ebay will love Amazon is giving them free money.
Trying to constantly fight the price fixing of your system is terrible. Sellers should be allowed to sell items for the price they need.
These are just a few of the issues that plague the forums and continue to happen, nothing every goes the sellers way, thats why sellers are leaving in droves.
