We are writing to notify you about an important change for seller-fulfilled orders. In response to feedback from sellers, we've added an exclusion to the late shipment rate calculation for seller-fulfilled orders.

As of October 9, 2023, seller-fulfilled orders that are shipped late but that are delivered on time and have a valid tracking ID are automatically excluded from the late shipment rate calculation. No action is needed from you.

To view excluded orders and your late shipment rate, go to the Delivery performance section of your Account Health page.
