Hello everyone. Pretty desperate for help here
Yesterday morning I logged into seller central and noticed that almost all my FBA listings were inactive and marked sold out because of no stock. I looked at my storage capacity and essentially 8,000 less units were there the night before. 273 ASINs with inventory that simply disappeared.
I pulled up my inventory ledger and I can see that the inventory is still showing under 0-90 days aged inventory but 0 is available for sale
My business is essentially non-existent on Amazon now. I’ve opened up multiple cases with seller central but they are stating they are investigating several sku’s and it could take up to 30 days. I keep insisting that it’s not unique to several sku’s but an account related problem.
If anyone has any help that can provide I would greatly appreciate it!
17 hours later, only 5 views and not one response from Amazon. Amazon loves their sellers!!!
This is pretty common. They take some stock and transfer it, but it does not appear in reserve for a while. We have become so used to this that we do not follow it anymore; it is also almost impossible.
same here, robot reply for every inqiury
5 days now and all my sales have collapsed and inventory is at zero. Is there anyone at Amazon that can help???
Hi @Seller_blAFea6EHU8x4,
While I would concur with and underscore some of the above about Seller Forums not being intended to be a primary contact to Amazon but rather a community of sellers like you, if you share any of those case IDs I can take a look and see what we can find and escalate if necessary.

We just posted separately about this, but we have this exact same issue that started a week ago. We are on the same boat - FBA inventory zeroed out; no resolution and no information from Seller Support yet.
My team is experiencing the same thing. We shipped inventory in late August, it received at the end of September, then got completely transferred to another warehouse beginning of October. 43 ASINS and 300ish units of inventory, all at 0 for every inventory status. It has been 45-ish days, nothing but robot answers about 'peak season', and to wait 8 week to reach back out. Many orders were cancelled because of the wait time, and not to mention lots of potential profit lost for sure.
Hi, welcome to the wonderful world of Amazon.
I've seen similar things, and it's usually because inventory was moved from one warehouse to another. Maybe it got checked in at their initial reception center and now it's being distributed to FC's across the country. I'm not blaming you, but when you send in inventory at this time of year, that's often what happens and there is no telling when it will pop up and be available for sale again.
As to Amazon treating you like a mushroom (feeding you xyz and keeping you in the dark), that's their way of saving a few cents on seller support. Works great for them.
good luck on 30 days we had 36,000$ disappear almost a month ago and still cant get an answer or a refund
