It seems that this issue occurs quite frequently. Customers begin to play scam games, and Amazon customers don't even check if these claims are true or not. They just refund the orders, regardless of whether the buyer is telling the truth or lying. However, if you buy from Amazon, you never get a refund unless you return the product. So, why are third-party sellers experiencing these issues?

Yes, the refundable date for FBA orders is not 30 days, but may be up to 6 months!
Because Amazon buyer's customer service has the right to decide to return a product for a refund for the buyer!
And will not verify that the product is what the buyer says it is...
If you encounter a buyer returning a fake product, you can apply for compensation from Amazon!
