Read onlyWhenever I try request a phone call from seller support the call goes straight to voicemail and I can't answer, I have made sure I don't have any spam block features on and the phone is on beside me ready to receive a call, but a voicemail notification just pops up. The chat feature also isn't working it just pops up a window saying "internal failure." Is this Amazon's way of getting rid of calls it thinks is spam or something? If anyone has any idea how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
