FBM individual seller. Can I change handling time?
Went to the settings icon on main page, shipping, and can't find anywhere an option to change this.
Can individual seller change this handling time?

No, you need to be a Pro seller to change shipping templates.
However, even for Pro sellers, Amazon has taken away most of the control for many; I now have to purposely hold back many of my orders rather than shipping them as soon as I can, to prevent Amazon from deciding to change my preferred handling and transit times.

In addition to Nisha confirming that handling time is specific to pro accounts, I'm also going to link the Delivery Expectations for Individual Sellers with the highlighted note: Individual sellers are expected to ship all orders within two business days* of the date the order notification is made available by Amazon.
