I got married 3 months after I opened my Amazon account and I received invoice verification.My account was closed because Amazon did not accept the invoice I sent, and it has been closed for a long time.I think this happened because my surname changed.My account has not been opened even though I have submitted my passport with my new surname and my company information to you many times.It is such an interesting procedure.I have a company in America, I have a passport, everything is as it should be, but I cannot get Amazon to accept it.Can someone in charge please take care of it?

You will probably have to furnish a copy of the marriage license or other documents showing BOTH NAMES since your passport may only have your married name on it.
