I've been trying to call Seller Support for weeks already. The error says: "Your call has ended. If you need to speak with us again, please request another call."
However, my phone did not even ring. I did not receive any call from Seller Support. I can only reach them via email or chat but this won't do much since the issue is complex.
Don't think that you will get a helpful answer from an Amazon rep living on another planet...
The best way is always creating a case and asking an answer by mail.

I'm sorry you're experiencing difficulties getting on the Phone with Support. There currently isn't a phone option, but I see your case ending with 8811 is currently open and being worked on by Support. I'd recommend giving the team more time to research the details and update you directly.
