For several weeks, I have been trying to update my supposed invalid credit card. I even have a screenshot showing that I updated the card and was billed $39.99 on it. So, I'm not sure why the credit card is considered invalid or unable to accept international payments.
Additionally, when I try to log in with my main user account, it says that the account is not associated with any Amazon seller accounts. When I use my second email, it says I don't have authorization to change any credit card information. I've attached a screenshot showing where I updated the credit card.
I have been going back and forth with your representatives, but they don't seem to understand my issue or escalate it to further tech support. I don't know what else to do, but this is my initial feedback to Amazon. You have made it very difficult for new sellers to use your platform.
Is the card a valid credit card (charges interest and sends a bill) and not a debit card? A debit card will work for the monthly fees, but you need a valid credit card to list/sell.
Here you are talking to other sellers in the forum, not to Amazon.
You are not the one who created that seller account. You are not the "Primary Account Manager" but you got a "User permission" to use and manage this account. Payment method and Deposit method can ONLY be changed by the Primary Account Manager. And the name on the bank account of the Deposit method has to match with the "Legal Entity" in seller account. that's why "buying" a seller account is completely useless.
It is like this and cannot be changed. Nobody can escalate this case because that can NOT be changed.
