I have contacted Amazon many times via e-mail and called them on the phone regarding the issue, but they have difficulty understanding my problem. However, it is a very simple problem. Unfortunately not. You are attempting to transfer a seller account and this is not possible.
"Legal Entity" and "Country" can not be changed in an existing seller account. I hope a mod will step in and clearly say that once and for all. For some reason the don't want to tell it.
The simplest possibility is to properly close your account and create a new one with your new credentials and a new email address. With the new account you can list the exact same ASINS without loosing reviews or ratings. But if you have inventory in FBA you have first to sell out anything or create a removal order and stick the new FNSKU on it.
No Amazon official comes out and says to me that you cannot make the address information in the legal entity section an address outside of Turkey. You should give me this answer so that I can close this account. Also, I established my company later, I think I should be able to add my company to the legal entity section.

Per case 17509255981 support stated the address on the account matches the one you already provided to them? Is that not correct?
As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACmentioned, you cannot just change the legal entity change since the account was first registered in Turkey.
If support is unable to make any changes then you will need to start over with a new account.
I do recommend that you take a screenshot of the disabled drop-down and send it back to the above case and explain to support that you are not able to change it. From there they will be able to see if a change can be granted.
