Seller Challenge launches for Account Health Assurance
If you have Account Health Assurance, you can use Seller Challenge to request more detailed information about enforcements on your account, after you’ve used all the standard appeals options.
Seller Challenge provides you with the opportunity to request reviews of eligible listing-level policy decisions three times every 180 days. These reviews will be reviewed by our trained teams who aim to provide decisions within 48 hours.
When you submit a challenge, you can provide additional documentation to support your case. If accepted, the previous decision will be overturned and your listing reinstated. Each failed challenge replenishes after six months, giving you ongoing opportunities to resolve complex cases.
While this is an optional benefit, using Seller Challenge may help you resolve issues and get listings reinstated faster than other methods.
To see if you’re enrolled in Account Health Assurance, go to your Account Health dashboard and review the banner in the top right corner.
To learn more, go to Account Health Assurance: Frequently asked questions, Seller Challenge FAQ, or watch our Account Health Assurance video.
For more information about eligibility and submission requirements, go to Seller Challenge FAQ.

If a Seller Challenge is denied, and then the same violation is reversed later in the course of standard appeals - meaning the Seller Challenge denial was incorrectly decided - does the Seller Challenge get replenished?

Can we be assured that the trained specialists who will handle our cases are real people who are actually willing to help us out?

Seller Health rating never changes no matter how many sales, corrections or non violations I have. It has been at 208 since it was posted. If the number never moves you can't get to 250 to have seller assurance or anything else. So who get in and HOW this gated community?

Can the button to do this be a red flag? And do we also lose a timeout if the challenge fails?

We are a professional lithium battery manufacturer. All our products comply with Amazon's policies before being listed. In May of this year, Amazon began cleaning up its list of suspicious products, and in November we received a removal notice from Amazon. We prepared all compliance documents, including UL certification, UN38.3 certification, MSDS, etc., and submitted an appeal. However, even with all the compliance documents, Amazon rejected our appeal without hesitation, marked our products as suspicious, and issued a recall order. Although no incidents have occurred yet, our product page still shows that it is unavailable for purchase, and customer service informed us that the link is currently under recall.
This is highly unreasonable, as Amazon itself and other well-known brands are selling normally on the platform, while our products have been forced to be removed, causing significant losses. We cannot predict when such an event will happen again, so we dare not stockpile large quantities of goods during the peak sales season. Furthermore, we are currently unable to even initiate an inventory removal request, leaving us helpless.
