8541 Errors on Several of our brand listings

We are trying to create listings for our new product launches on Amazon and receiving 8541 error. Looks like some other seller created the listings using the correct UPCs but left the brand name out so the brand name is showing as unknown vendor. Now we are neither able to create the correct listings with the UPCs nor able to change the brand name of the incorrect listings created by someone else. Seller support has not been of much help to resolve. Our brand is registered and we have GS1 UPCs but nothing is good enough for seller support to help resolve the cases. Can any of the moderators help? Case id 17495817611

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your UPCs being used incorrectly. At this time the Seller Support team is working to get your UPCs made available for you can create new products using them. At this time they are taking the correct actions and you should wait for updates. If your case is closed without resolution, let me know and I will see what escalation options exist.
