The label have such a big impact on traffic and conversion rates, Hoping its rules are open and transparent.

This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up on your post, I am sorry this has had an impact on your product's sales.
The badging is calculated against products in the same category, if your ASIN has a high return rate in comparison with similar products, the badge will be shown. We will be monitoring return rates frequently, and if we see them decrease in line with product category return rates, we will remove the badge.
