Is there a way to export all of my listings to excel file format?
Hi, I'm from an Ebay and ebay has a export functions that I can export all active listings to excel file.
I can see item id#, price, when this listing created, when this listing ends etc...
Is there a way that I'm not aware in amazon that I can export all the listings on my store to excel?
Thank you.

Option 1: Amazon seller university, every single video and 1-2 hours EVERY week in the forum
Option 2: Account suspended. Funds confiscated. FBA inventory? Destroyed.

In addition to what @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EIhas told you be sure to check how terminology differs here versus eBay!
Before you try to do a file dump from eBay to Amazon you need to be aware that there are VAST differences between what you can sell and how you need to list things on Amazon.
ANY use of BRAND NAMES on here can get you suspended unless you have an LOA from the BRAND allowing you to sell here.
There are guidelines in Seller U and the Policies about what you have to say as far as "compatibility" that can get you booted if you just copy something from eBay.

From the "Hamburger" menu, select "Reports> Inventory Reports", then you can select the report type from the drop down menu. You'll have to generate the report, then come back later to download it (usually 10-20 minutes)
I think most, if not all, of these are .txt files, but easy enough to import into Excel.

What do you mean by Hamburger menu? If I want an Inventory report, I just go to Inventory reports. Very confusing. And, as always, you were so nice to him. I was just getting ready to go run a couple of reports to see if "when created" is ever there so I could help him out. Poor guy just asked a question about reports and he gets viciously attacked.

The "hamburger" is a name given to the three lines in the top left corner; click on that to get the slide-in menu.

I cannot offhand remember the name of the particular report.. But there is one report that has almost all Amazon listing info. In years past when I needed it I had to actually contact seller support and ask them. Then they TEMPORARILY give you access to the report. It is quite huge.
Sorry I cannot be more specific. I can only search my reports page 100 reports. So I do not see the name of the report.

I manage three e-commerce sites: this one, eBay, and Shopify. Voicing complaints in this discussion forum isn't a solution. What's needed is the implementation of chronological order in the new inventory section. It's a simple fix. The current inventory setup is disorganized, with products listed from different years without any order. This needs to be addressed.
I concur with your viewpoint and the points you've made. Many sellers are encountering the same problem. Let's wait and see how Amazon responds.

Hi @Seller_1GH5HrOB85zhe,
Welcome to the Amazon Forums and to selling on Amazon! Glad you made your way here.
I would +1 the suggestions made by @Seller_EWcDrYeVu9itGand @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw. If you're an Individual plan Seller, you can make a request to Support to enable to Category Listings Report. As a Professional plan Seller, you can access it straight away.
You can also access the Inventory Reports which includes links and information to all type of reports available to you.
Regards,
- Manny
