DESKTOP AMAZON MAIN PAGE NOT SHOWING COMPETITOR'S OFFERS
Just curious if anyone is also having same issue. Just checked prices at inventory, then when main Amazon page opens, ALL competitor's offers are not showing, zero. This issue does not happen on mobile app, which shows all offers.

Same. And I just posted about this too. 75% of my sales come from outside the Buy Box. If this is a new policy, Amazon just became a Buy Box Only website, effectively killing off hundreds of thousands to millions of sellers overnight.

I am not seeing this issue on my listings. I am accessing by laptop.

Could it be because of this:
Updates to Featured Offer eligibility requirements

Starting in July 2026, we'll begin removing seller eligibility requirements for the Featured Offer. This change will roll out gradually across all Amazon stores globally, completing by the end of 2026. No action is required from you, and your existing offers will automatically be included with this update.
Currently, we determine which sellers are eligible based on seller performance criteria. Then, we rank all offers listed by eligible sellers for a particular product, and select the Featured Offer from that pool. As we've continued to improve our processes and hear feedback from sellers, we determined that the first seller eligibility step is no longer delivering additional value to customers, so we're removing it.
We're not changing how the Featured Offer is selected. We'll continue to evaluate offers and select the Featured Offer based on criteria most important to customers, such as competitive pricing, delivery speed, and performance.
Being considered for the Featured Offer doesn't guarantee your offer will be featured.
For more information about how Featured Offers are selected, go to Becoming the Featured Offer.

Same here. I think it's a combination of the new Buy Box implementation and a glitch or an oversight. I mainly think it's a glitch or a work in progress because it's not showing Used options at all.

When we can get into the other sellers option which is limited, the filter for certification (i.e. small business, veteran owned, women owned, etc) is not working and it drops all offers.

Hello sellers,
I appreciate you raising this and understand the concern around offer visibility. We're aware multiple sellers are reporting that the "See All Buying Options" option is not displaying as expected on product detail pages. I want to clarify a couple of things:
The recent Featured Offer eligibility update expands which sellers are considered for the Featured Offer — it does not change how other offers are displayed to customers. Your offers remain active.
To troubleshoot: check your eligibility status in Manage Inventory > Preferences (enable "Featured Offer eligible" column), and review Pricing Health for any flags. If everything looks correct but your offer still isn't visible, please open a case with Seller Support and share the Case ID here — I'll follow up.
We're looking into this and will provide updates as we learn more. If the issue has since resolved on your end, please let us know as well.
