Amazon lost inventory and refuses to honor policy

I am having a big issue and need escalation for a case. Amazon lost a large box in one of my shipments. We shipped with Amazon preferred carrier and as per Amazon's policy are covered if something like this happens. As a small company, we cannot afford to take this loss. We have opened a case and are getting nowhere with random Amazon reps from Pakistan/China who are assigned to this case. It was a shipment with 5 boxes, sent to multiple locations. My first time sending to multiple locations... Tracking clearly shows the package as delivered AND signed for by Amazon, proving/showing acceptance of the package and its weight. All the "missing inventory" shown in this shipment is from that one box Amazon has lost. I provided all my receipts and tracking proof and am getting nowhere. This is absurd. Amazon has lost my inventory before like this and quickly reimbursed me for their mishap. But this time I am being pushed around and shut down and that is not okay. At this point if I cannot get this issue resolved (as in Amazon cannot honor their own policy to assist with reimbursement of losing my inventory), I will be proceeding forward with small claims court. This is the last thing I can try and do before giving my attorney the go ahead forward.

This is not how you do business, Amazon. This case has not been handled in the right manner. And I deserve to be treated with respect and you being held to your own policy. Please help Mods! This is not how you do business
