Read onlyPeriodically we would check our inactive offers and notice that some offers are paused. It's a fairly simple fix as all we have to do it open the listing and edit/update/save the offer to get it active again.
However today we checked our Account Health and noticed that two ASIN offering were paused due to "Cancellation". We checked the cancellation and both were user initiated (or Amazon) as we leave notes on cancellations that are requested and need seller approval or cancellation we do ourselves due to damage/out of stock goods for our internal use.
It's strange for cancellations that are initiated by buyers or Amazon itself to freeze an offer so we wanted to see if others have seen this as this can can lead to competitors purchasing and cancelling their order within 30mins so it would never be posted to a 3P seller and manipulate the featured sellers (though we doubt it as featured sellers generally have higher volume so a few cancellations on the ASIN shouldn't affect it). We're assuming it's a program error and should be updated as it doesn't show up in performance notification either or this could just explain why our listings go inactive periodically (however this is the first time we've seen it in our account health as a violation)
