Verification process impossible
So due to inactivity, I need to re submit pictures - fine.
Amazon sent me an email with a link to start the verification process, but it just takes me to my account overview page with absolutely no way to submit documents to verify my ID to get my listings active again. I tried reaching out with a help case but their reply was:
"We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes"
How is this issue not related to seller ID process, I cant even start it!
I am frustrated and I would like a path toward resolving this because I want to sell!

It's been awhile since I did my first verification but I think you have to wait until "clickable links" appear on the Account Health page. They don't always appear right away, you might have to wait a few days. Once they appear you can start the verification process.

Have you tried to follow the link from your June 11th performance notification? If you open that up, the link is in red text to begin your Seller Identity Verification for 'Amazon North America'.
If so, and that is not working, would you mind sharing any screen shots showing error codes or otherwise?
Would you mind sharing the case # you've opened with Seller Support below and I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail here and read through any correspondence provided up to this point.
