Did you sign in and check if any further action is needed, as the notice stated? Check under Performance Notifications and your Account Health Dashboard for anything that needs to be addressed.
If there isn't anything there that needs your attention, open a case with Seller Support, then come back to this thread to post the case ID and tag some of the Community Managers.
But apparently Amazon doesn't want another video call.
From the latest notification Amazon sent you, they "believe your account may have been used for deceptive or fraudulent, or illegal activity" and have hit you with a Section 3. They specifically state your account will remain deactivated and from what I can see, have given you no path forward.
Whether you want to be or not, it appears you're done on Amazon.
