TRO and legal reserve
Amazon informed me Upon checking, we determined that you have an unavailable balance due to a legal reserve regarding a temporary restraining order (TRO).
But there is no notification from Amazon telling me the case number and law firm information.
Please help me.

I wanted to inquire on how you were made aware of the situation if no notification was offered, or was it that you received a notice without this information? If this is the case can you provide the notice you did receive while hiding or removing any personal information?
Additionally, if you have created any cases where you discussed this situation, please provide them as well so I can look even further into the situation and if needed involve the appropriate teams to ensure the correct info is provided.
