Amazon has deliberately removed the possibility of appeal and support calls

Greetings, Amazon community!

I'm facing a terrible situation. I describe it below.

Back in May 2023, Amazon deactivated my seller account. They said I violated IP rules because I used the trademarked words in two product listings. Honestly, it was a simple mistake. As soon as I found out, I was ready to fix it and move on.

Amazon told me exactly what to do: delete the trademarked word from those listings and then send them an appeal. Easy, right? Wrong.

They’ve completely disabled the “Edit Listing” button on those products. I can’t change anything in the seller dashboard, and uploading flat files doesn’t work either. So basically, they told me to fix something but didn’t give me any way to actually fix it!

And it gets worse.

The appeal button? Gone.

Account Health page? No option to appeal anymore.

Their message said I could appeal, but Amazon’s system won’t let me do anything.

I’ve followed every step they gave me, but I’m totally stuck because of their glitch. Meanwhile, my account is still suspended, and I can’t move forward.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Any tips? I’m at my wit’s end.

That is not a glitch. A suspended listing can NOT be edited, we read this here very often.

But do what the other seller said: copy and paste here the deactivation email you received.
