Urgent Community Manager Review: Pending Inventory Disposal on Vintage N64 Listing
I am requesting assistance from an Amazon Community Manager regarding a critical appeal loop affecting my secondary Amazon seller account.
My account was flagged for inauthentic inventory on a listing for the N64 game 007 GoldenEye. Every unit of my inventory is 100% authentic. I have submitted comprehensive documentation, including original order confirmations, shipping records, and matching bank statements. However, my appeals are repeatedly rejected via automated responses citing a lack of 'wholesaler or distributor invoices.'
The Critical Logical Issue:
• These games are 25+ year-old out-of-production vintage items.
• There are no authorized wholesale distributors for legacy N64 media.
• Any supplier claiming to act as a wholesale distributor for factory-new vintage N64 cartridges today is, by definition, dealing in counterfeit goods. Genuine inventory relies entirely on secondary market sourcing.
I have now received notices indicating that Amazon intends to dispose of over $10,000 worth of authentic vintage inventory.
While I am actively preparing formal legal and arbitration documentation to protect these assets, I would prefer to resolve this internally through proper review. Could a Community Manager please escalate this thread so I can provide the affected secondary account credentials securely?

So you were selling these as "Used", right?

PROVIDE A CASE NUMBER
The FIRST (unwritten) RULE of the Forum if you want help from the MODS is this --
If you have opened any cases provide a number (even OLD ONES if necessary) so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help -- and they WILL need it!.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.
Sit back and relax, it’s going to be a while before you hear back on anything!
From everything I am seeing on the Forum these days, it takes about a WEEK after a post is made WHEN A CASE NUMBER IS PROVIDED before it will be looked at .

They still want purchase history within the last year, even if it is marked as used. I see these issues a lot with book sellers on vintage books. They will dispose of your inventory, so don't delay on pursuing this. They will also close both accounts if this account gets closed.
If you marked it as new they will need invoices from an authorized distributor and an LOA from Nintendo that you can sell their branded products.
