I recently received an unfair and misleading 1-star review stating that the item appears "used." However, I can confirm that this product is brand new, shipped directly to FBA, and fully compliant with Amazon’s quality standards.
We contacted Amazon to inspect our inventory (Case ID: 17341714001), and they confirmed that no used items are present. They even opened the packages, checked the items, and provided photos as proof.
Despite multiple calls with Amazon support for one month, no action has been taken to address this issue.
This inaccurate review is significantly harming my sales and damaging customer trust in Amazon’s marketplace. Misleading feedback like this misrepresents product quality and negatively impacts both sellers and Amazon’s reputation.
