I am reaching out to fellow sellers who have had FBA shipments marked as delivered, only for Amazon to claim they arrived empty and deny reimbursement.
I have now lost six full shipments, and Amazon acknowledges that the shipments were delivered but insists that the boxes were empty. This is outrageous and logically impossible, given that:
1. UPS has provided a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) from an Amazon representative
2. I have full photographic documentation of the shipments being packed, labeled, and handed over to UPS
3. I have Proof of Purchase (POP) from my suppliers for the exact number of units shipped
Amazon refuses to take responsibility, repeatedly denying my reimbursement claims and saying they have "no record of receiving the expected quantity"—even though they accepted and signed for the shipments!
I am moving forward with legal action against Amazon for these fraudulent losses and am seeking other sellers who have faced the same issue to form a class-action lawsuit.
If you have experienced:
Shipments marked as delivered, but Amazon claims they arrived empty
FBA support denying valid reimbursement claims despite full proof

This is blatant negligence—or worse, internal theft—happening at Amazon’s fulfillment centers. It is unacceptable that they are taking inventory from sellers, acknowledging delivery, but claiming the shipments arrived empty to avoid paying reimbursements.
It’s time we take action together and hold Amazon accountable. Share your experience below!
