Amazon granted A-Z claim to a buyer who did not return product to us.
I appealed the A-Z claim and Amazon upheld the decision based on the claim that "you did not respond to the buyer".
BUT I did!
However, there is no option to claim further. This is absolutely ridiculous!
This is completely unfair to seller. Who reviews these A-Z claims? They can't read?
