We lost the 'buy box' for all products
Everything is fine with our store performance, but the Buy Box for all products in our store are lost. I am very confused about this, can anyone give me some advice please?

Buy box is total nonsense in the past several weeks.
First Amazon messed up our on time delivery rate. (by not giving ODR protection for USPS packages)
Then the buy box dropped to 0% for a very long time.
My store's all rates are perfect for like 2 months? now, yet the buy box is all over the place. Sometimes up to 65%, then drops to 32%. Makes no sense...
