Hello Amazon Sellers,
I am facing an issue where my seller account has been deactivated because Amazon believes it is related to another account. However, I never owned, operated, or had any connection with the other account, and I am unsure why this has happened.
What Happened?
My account was initially deactivated but later reinstated after completing verification and submitting the required documents.
Recently, my account was deactivated again , despite already clarifying my situation.
Possible Causes (Assumptions):
I use an internet provider that assigns dynamic IPs, which might have led to a mistaken account link.
My phone number was obtained from a virtual number provider, which could have been used by another seller in the past.
Actions Taken:
Submitted a plan of action explaining the situation.
Provided official supporting documents to prove my account is independent.
Contacted Seller Support multiple times, but the response remains the same.
Request for Help:
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
How can I effectively prove to Amazon that this is an error?
Are there any additional steps I should take to escalate this issue?
Is there a direct escalation process for false account linking cases?
Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is affecting my business.
Thank you!
