We send the item via claim-protected carrier via Amazon Buy Shipping Service. The buyer opened a claim under the "Didn't arrive" reason. Amazon approved it and gave us a point. We appealed and noted that by Amazon policy we should be protected, Amazon should fund the claim and don't count it against our ODR, but it didn't help.
We need a moderator's help to look into this issue. Why does Amazon not follow its own rules?
Order#: 112-6166903-3274607
The question is, did the order get scanned by the carrier before the ship by date?
More information is needed here, also mods are mods , they moderate a forum.

While Im not 100% sure Amazon doens't follow its rules, it does a GREAT job in working through the loopholes.
If AMAZON says buy through us and we use the given shipping company (UPS mostly), why are there all these attached BS loopholes? Nobody can make UPS scan a package and show up some way, it ridiculous.
Its in AMAZONS system, they can see someone made an order and this person bought shipping and then sent it and they can see that it arrived, Amazon already KNOWS... Are you saving enough money this way to appease shareholders by messing with 3rd party people doing WHAT YOU TOLD THEM TO DO!
This gaslighting has been going on for over 3 years now and is stupid
