Chinese brand "soikoi" is hacking people's listings and editing the brand - AMAZON SUPPORT DOES NOTHING

Go search "soikoi" in the forum and you will see many people being hacked by this Chinese brand.
Your "Report abuse" tool is broken (it sends me an automated response when I try to report this within 1 second stating no abuse was found, I tried 10 times already), and amazon support is infuriatingly useless and clueless regarding this issue.
Please help us Amazon support does nothing they just give a generic response stating they are powerless to do anything.
We had this same issue a month ago with another hacker hacking the ASIN in question, and we were able to get it fixed, but now that support is worse than ever and your "Report abuse" tool is broken, it is impossible to fix it.
WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING CHINESE BRANDS TO EDIT AND RUIN PEOPLE'S LISTINGS?
HOW IS THIS BRAND NOT BANNED YET?

Sorry. They wouldn't dare offend china for any reason. They steal our images and designs also. We reported it to amazon several times and nothing gets done. They have also attached something to our ASINS we run ads on that sends the ad listings to ''click farms'' to use up our budget. So instead of our ads running all day for a certain amount of money, our budget us used up within an hour with no conversions.

Just start buying from them and claim its counterfeit, expired, or any of the other various things that will force the company to have do something to get out of the dog house. Unless Chinese sellers don't have the same standards we do.

Its a nightmare. They have stolen a couple from us as well. Amazon acts like Im the one trying to steal the listings when I open a case about it even though its our brand and the listings were created by us.

Our listings get hijacked all the time we sell racing stripe decals and the listings images and titles get replaced with either some R&B cd from the 80s or womens leggins with lace and amazon does nothing about this. We now use custom listings only to avoid this but this is not possible for those with items preboxed. Having a trademark can help but looking at other threads many companies still have issues, not only should it be illegal but amazon should make it a priorty as well as updating there feedback bot because the abuse with feedbacks are also still rampent as well.

we would venture to say that Amazon is giving this seller the exact amount of attention as they care to....

we would venture to say that Amazon is giving this seller the exact amount of attention as they care to....
