My inventory had been reserved in FBA from October 2023 until January 2024, the reserved process had been extended for so long, it's not reasonable for seller to pay the surcharge fee.
The total amount from April to July in 2024 is almost $2000, we request a correction of the inventory age excluding the reservation period, and a waiver of the surcharge.
Yes, our bookeeper did. Although it was for 1 SKU only, but we got the reimbursement.
I've been trying to do the same, very annoying.

I've tried multiple times and they just ignored the request.
We have ACTIVE inventory that is UNAVAILABLE to purchase to customers and we're incurring insane fees for storage and disposition.
They simply don't respond to those messages.
